Refund and Returns Policy

Any issues regarding damaged items, incorrect products, missing items, or order concerns must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Refunds, replacements, or returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be refused where products have been opened, improperly stored, mishandled, or altered after delivery.

Where a return is approved, items must be returned in their original unopened condition and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our behalf. Shipping charges are non-refundable and any return shipping costs may be deducted from approved refunds.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the packaging and products within the 48 hour reporting period.
