Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How do I store my product?

To maintain product quality, store unopened vials in a cool, dry place protected from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and store upright when possible. Avoid repeated temperature fluctuations and prolonged exposure to light.

How long does a reconstituted vial last?

As a general guide, a reconstituted vial should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 28 days. Keep the vial protected from direct light and avoid unnecessary temperature changes. If the solution becomes cloudy, discoloured, or contains visible particles, it should be discarded.

I want a product not on your website but I don’t want to buy bulk.

No problem! Send us a message on WhatsApp or Telegram and we’ll be happy to source it for you. The only time we may ask for a bulk order is if we believe there would be limited demand for the product and we wouldn’t be able to offer the remaining stock on our website.

We’re continuously expanding our range, so if there’s something you’re looking for, there’s a good chance we can help.

How do I reconstitute my vial?

Peptide vials are commonly reconstituted using bacteriostatic water. For best results, use sterile handling practices during reconstitution and storage. Once opened, bacteriostatic water should be refrigerated and discarded 28 days after first use.

How do I know how much to take or how much water to add to my vial?

Reconstitution amounts and research protocols can vary depending on the compound and your individual research goals. We always recommend doing your own research.

If you’re unsure where to start, feel free to send us a message on Telegram or WhatsApp. We’re always happy to share general reconstitution and protocol guidelines based on commonly available research. You can also use our reconstitution calculator on the website to help work out your dilution.
